This year's regular-season is something we had never seen in any major sports league. The NBA MVP won't have to play a full 82-game schedule to earn the award, as the season was shortened and there are just 8 remaining games to the 60+ every franchise had played.

Most people already had their minds set regarding this year's awards. Whether it was MVP, Rookie of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, or whatever; only a major turn of events could make the media go a different way to what they had already decided.

But, then again, this has been one of the most exciting MVP races we've seen. The same can be said for pretty much every single regular-season award. To put it in context, we'll let you know about the odds for every 2020 NBA award.

Odds for 2020 NBA Rookie of the Year

Even though Zion Williamson was outstanding and quite impressive early on, the fact that he only played a handful of games took a major toll on his chances of winning the Rookie of the Year award ahead of Ja Morant.

Ja Morant -5000 -5000

It seems like the table's set for Giannis Antetokounmpo to win his second straight MVP award. Even so, LeBron James could still shut that narrative down and win the award for the 5th time in his career.
